the insight for this holiday-themed editorial came from a very filipino practice: color assignments per branch of family when the big clan reunions begin. that’s just how it is– filipino families are large. unfortunately, those color assignments are never black; they’re usually colors you don’t ever wear. here, we run the gamut of pink, red, orange, green, and blue, to show that holiday dressing doesn’t necessarily mean an org t-shirt you picked up at school, or ridiculous family photos. step one: embrace it. step two: see below.
